FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What strength should I choose?

Start with the reader strength you already use. If this is your first pair, +1.50 to +2.00 is a common everyday range, while +1.00 is milder and +2.50 to +4.00 is stronger for close print.

Can I exchange the strength?

Yes, the store is designed around a 30-day exchange path when the glasses and packaging stay in returnable condition. Use the exchange option if the frame is right but the close-up strength needs adjusting.

Are these prescription glasses?

No. Eterlens readers are non-prescription reading glasses for close-up tasks. They are not a replacement for an eye exam or prescription eyewear.

Which frame should I choose first?

Rimless and ultra-light frames feel subtle. Round frames soften the face. Black, tortoise, brown, clear, and warm neutrals are the easiest first colors to style.

When will my order ship?
